How does shipping work?
Our store partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Unfortunately our global suppliers shipping may take some time, but we make up for this by providing you with an EXCELLENT price and affordable shipping.
The shipping is "free".
Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing package details and tracking number.
ONce we receive your order we will process the item, usually this process takes less than a week. HOWEVER, due to global demands and local holidays, the item may not be processed for up to 3 weeks !!!
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive or longer And requires 2-3 weeks for processing Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Accessed Global cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
